Oh for sure! Neumos is pretty good. I guess I haven't seen enough of the Seattle venues to pick a favorite quite yet :)

Shows I saw at St. Andrews: Fall Out Boy (I had not yet heard of them, I went to see Ultimate Fakebook and The Reunion Show), The Rocket Summer/Plain White Ts, Motion City Soundtrack/Jamison Parker. I pretty much got beat up at the first show... until Pete Wentz pulled me on stage and said hey take pictures from the side stage and I was like thanks bassist guy. http://www.flickr.com/photos/kgregory/292407132/

In Chicago I've been to The Rivera (Lucky Boys Confusion), The Metro (Motion City Soundtrack/MxPx), and... a big one that's not downtown for Taking Back Sunday.

You know what Grand Rapids venue I actually liked when it was still around? Ten Bells Bar.

A venue can make a show. Sometimes okay bands are still fun when you see them in the right place. St. Andrews in Detroit and Empty Bottles in Chicago two of my favorites.

The only place I've seen concerts at in Seattle was Neumoes. I saw Trail of the Dead one week and Brian Jonestown Massacre. the next. Trail of the Dead show great but I don't think the venue could make up for how boring the Jonestown show was.
